The experiments highlighted the method’s reliability in differentiating molecular interactions in both PBS-T buffer and human serum. Using anti-GFP VHH, the technique demonstrated comparable kinetic parameters and sensitivity. The robustness against non-specific effects and its compatibility with physiological conditions make focal molography valuable for biological and therapeutic research.
