Scientific poster: MACS® Matchmaker - Biomolecular Interaction Analysis in Real Samples

This scientific poster, presented at the "PEGS Europe 2025" meeting in Lisbon, Portugal (Nov 11-23, 2025),  describes four different examples in which focal molography technology advances protein research:

1.  Binding parameters in biological samples: interaction analysis of an anti-GFP VHH antibody detecting various concentrations of spiked GFP in human serum (50%) 
2. Anti-Cytokine VHH binder validation: anti-cytokine VHHs were immobilized on the chip surface and tested against various cytokines 
3. Interaction analysis with difficult proteins: head-to-head comparison of SPR, BLI and focal molography for a "sticky" protein (Granzyme B)
4.  Interaction analysis in cell therapy and cell biology:  this study explored the analysis of GPCRs within intact cells
