Anti-Fc capture system: convenient and fast immobilization of antibodies

The document introduces an anti-Fc capture system for fast and convenient immobilization of antibodies on focal molography sensor chips. It is based on oligonucleotide-conjugated recombinant fusion proteins (Protein A/G and Protein A/G/L). The system enables efficient, reversible antibody capture via Fc or light-chain regions without chemical labeling.
