Our DNA adaptors provide a powerful and flexible way to functionalize Lino Biotech’s oligo sensor chips. Adaptors can be conjugated to any of the 64 proprietary DNA sequences complementary to the chip surface. With a simple injection, the adaptor hybridizes to its matching oligo, instantly preparing the sensor with your desired functionality. Your (tagged) ligand can then be directly injected for binding studies.
When the experiment is complete, simply apply our standard regeneration solution – no further optimization required – and the chip is immediately ready for the next interaction study.

Anti-Fc Adaptor:
Tailored for Fc regions of antibodies. Based on Protein-A/G, recognizes most Human-IgG molecules.

Anti-Biotin Adaptor:
Based on Neutravidin. For straightforward immobilization of biotinylated molecules.

Anti-His Adaptor:
Ideal for His-tagged proteins.

Anti-NH2 Adaptor:
Ideal for nonmodified proteins. Works the same way as the well-known EDC/NHS chemistry, but with more control and an easy way to regenerate the immobilized molecules.

Strep-Tactin Adaptor:
Directed against the highly affine Strep-Tactin Tag. Preferentially use this tag in your expression system for affine binders over the His-tag, which is not suitable for analyzing strong interactions.
