Recorded at the 3rd focal Molography User Meeting on September 9, 2026. The lino application team presents new oligo adapters, four multiplex panels for antibody developability and the guided planning and evaluation modes in the software.
Topics covered
- Oligo adapters for DEL hit validation. Oligo adapters carry a capture group on an oligonucleotide and immobilize tagged molecules on the sensor chip by DNA-directed immobilization (DDI). The 5′-phosphate adapter links hits that still carry their DEL tag by splint ligation, the amine adapter takes resynthesized hits, and up to 64 hits can be pooled into one injection.
- Binders straight from lysate. Adapters for Twin-Strep-tag (via Strep-Tactin XT) and for SpyTag (via SpyCatcher) capture antibodies and AI-designed binders without prior purification. An anti-Fc adapter is in development.
- Four multiplex panels. A polyreactivity panel, a plasma protein binding panel, an Fc gamma and Fc epsilon receptor panel, and an FcRn panel with receptors from several species, measured at pH 6.0 and pH 7.4.
- Guided software workflows. Guided experiment planning sets up a panel run from the chosen panel and ligands, and guided evaluation gives a standardized readout for single-cycle kinetics and panel data.
