Scientific Poster: Screening 20 DNA-PROTAC Linkers in a Single Experiment

This poster was presented by Dr. Andreas Frutiger at the "6th TPD & Induced Proximity Summit Europe" in London, UK (Mar 10-12, 2026). It investigates linker effects of DNA-VHL ligand conjugates by multiplexed affinity measurements with focal molography.

• PROTAC linker optimization: systematic SAR with multiplexed kinetics. Compound rankings preserved across methods (r = 0:88–0:98), multiplexed format yields stronger correlations
• All 20 DNA-PROTAC linkers tolerated by VHL (KD = 20–550 nM). Multiplexed focal molography achieved 20-fold throughput increase with stronger SAR signal.
