Parallel kinetic validation of DNA-encoded library hits

DEL and hit validation

Twenty-four on-DNA hits from a DEL selection, validated in parallel against CAIX and the antitarget CAII on one focal molography chip. Four sub-nanomolar binders with approximately 10,000- to 20,000-fold selectivity, and the active stereoisomer of each hit, from the same runs.
